Just a wee note to thank your firm for the magnificent service you provided on our recent holiday to Orlando Florida. As you know we were held up by the Immigration at Sanford for 4 Hours upon arrival, yet the taxi driver was there to greet us. To be honest I was amazed as I thought he would have left and there was no way we could contact you as we were not allowed to use any phones while inside the airport. After a long flight and delay it was great to see a happy face and I would be grateful if you could pass our thanks to the driver.

We all enjoyed the conversation on the way to the airport, and it gave us an opportunity to learn more about your family, and their interest in music. We just wanted to write and say how great your services are! Our flight was delayed over 3 hours and Johnny was there waiting for us when we finally arrived. He was very helpful with our luggage, and it was so nice to have a booster seat provided for us so we didn’t have to bring one. The store stop was a nice touch, and the sheet provided that showed where items were located really help speed things along, and reminded me of things I had left off my list. We got a great family photo at the gate, where Johnny made sure our digital camera shot turned out and even took pictures with my daughter’s camera. We considered MH transportation a great value and will recommend it to anyone who travels to Orlando.

I just wanted to give accolades to the Murray Hill transportation crew! When I made our reservations…just hours before we were to be leaving for our flight to Orlando…you went out of your way to make sure I’d have our confirmation message in time. When we arrived, our driver, Luis, was the epitome of friendly professionalism. He was right on the dot, both going to and coming from Disney World; he shepherded us through the Orlando airport and even took care of getting me a wheel chair for my departure flight. We especially appreciated the grocery stop on our way in to Disney World. And your vehicles were immaculate. You gave us the perfect start and finish to our Disney vacation!

I wanted to make sure and tell you that we are very glad we chose your company for transportation from the Orlando Airport to Disney World and back. This was our first trip to Disney World and we wanted it to be problem-free. I checked around on the internet for Orlando transportation services and your company appealed to me. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived into the Orlando Airport. The grocery stop was a huge advantage and saved us money. I rented the deluxe stroller for my toddler. It was in new condition and such a help. It was great having it at the hotel with us for the week and not having to rent a different stroller at each park.
