Driving my customers to their resort today, they bragged about Disney’s great customer service. While visiting the Animal Kingdom, this customer was chatting with one of the maintenance employees in a nonchalant way about how he didn’t have enough towels in his hotel room. That same evening when he went back to his room, he was surprised to see over fifty clean towels in his bathroom. He never told the maintenance worker his hotel, name, or room number.

Another customer said they were riding “It’s A Small World” at Magic Kingdom. At the end of the ride there was a message written on the wall that said “GOOD-BYE”, along with all the names of the family members. They went on to say that their wristbands were not scanned and they did not speak with any Disney employees. They still can’t figure out how their names appeared at the end of the ride!
